3/4 cup – Ragi/Nachni Flour
1/4 cup – Almond Flour
2 tbsp – Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup – Caster Sugar/ Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp – Baking Powder
1/2 tsp – Soda Bicarb
1/2 cup – curd
1 tsp – Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup – Water
5 inch – Tin
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add ragi flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, caster sugar, baking powder, soda bicarb, and a pinch of salt. Mix them well.
In another bowl add curd, vanilla essence, water and mix them well.
Spoon in the dry ingredients into the wet slowly while whisking it.
Pour the batter into a greased and dusted tin.
Place it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Once it’s done baking unmold it.
Serve it with ice-cream or whipped cream.
